FAQ

What’s your photoshoot turnaround time?

When booking a photoshoot with me, typically you will get your edits back in 3-7 business days, depending on the work load for that week or month. It’s possible edits could take about a week and a half to about two weeks before I deliver them to you.

How long does it take you to edit a video project?

When booking a music video specifically, my turnaround time is 2 and a half weeks. Again depending on the type of project we are doing based on the concept and editing process it could take about 3 weeks to get your project back. Other video projects have the same turnaround time as well, but if you're in a hurry you can pay a rush fee of $150 to get your project back sooner than normal. I will say that I am a human not a robot so, I highly suggest not rushing things if you don’t want your project to be well put together. Please respect my time, your patience is very appreciated.

Do you give discounts? or rewards?

Discounts and rewards are normally put out depending on the time of month. I don’t usually give discounted shoots “everyday” but when booking a photoshoot you do have the option to get your second shoot 10% off. I always suggest signing up for my emailing list or by staying up to date with me via social media in order to get deals when thier advertised. Once I put out a deal I usually don’t put it out more than once, but during holidays I always have deals going on to save on your next shoot with me.

Do you give out refunds, or charge a late fee?

To answer the first question I do charge a late fee when booking a photoshoot with me which is $25 if you are late over your 20 min grace period along with a $50 overtime fee if we shoot over the time expected if you didn’t pay for more time. When booking any shoot with me video or photo refunds vary and I can explain. When booking me I always require a downpayment deposit to secure your shoot with me therefore that means that regardless of cancellation, or if you decide that you don’t want to work on the project anymore, but we already started development for the project, that deposit is still non-refundable. If in the case you do a shoot with me and everything was completed but you didn’t like the project overall again your deposit is still non refundable. The only way I give back a refund is if I personally can’t shoot for a dramatic reason or if we just can’t get a project to be what it should, then I do give out a refund of 50% but only if you already paid me in full (this still does not include the deposit). I like to work with you as the client as much as possible in order to fully understand what you want your project to be so it is very vital that when shooting with me you explain in detail exactly what your looking for. Please don’t expect me to do a type of project that you see other creatives do on the internet and you just want me to do that same exact thing. I don’t work that way, I like to be different so I recommend viewing my work before booking me. If you see something you like, or have a concept in mind for sure lets do it, but I will not copy another creatives work just because you want it that way.
